Admission Kits for Treatment Centers

For treatment centers

Admission kits built to your facility's policy

Your prohibited-items list isn't the same as the facility down the road. Ours are assembled to match yours, item for item, so nothing gets pulled at the door.

You already know both versions of this

A client arrives at nine at night with a duffel bag, and a third of it can't come in. The mouthwash, the hand sanitizer, the aerosol deodorant, the razor, the hoodie with the drawstring. A staff member spends twenty minutes sorting it at the door. The family drives home with a carrier bag of confiscated toiletries, and the client begins treatment having just been searched.

Then there's the other version, which is worse: they arrive with nothing at all. No toothbrush, no shower shoes, no clean socks. Somebody on your team drives to a pharmacy, or opens the donation closet and hopes.

Neither is a policy failure. Both are just what happens when a family has thirty-six hours' notice and a list they've never read before.

Sealed, single-client kits, spec'd to your written policy

Alcohol-free throughout — no mouthwash, no sanitizer, no perfume, no nail polish remover. No aerosols. No glass, no metal sharps, no drawstrings, no spiral bindings.

Every item is new and sealed in the kit. That last point matters more than it sounds: most policies we've read require hygiene items to be new and unopened, and a sealed kit demonstrates that at the door in a way a pharmacy bag never can.

A standard kit, before we adjust it to you

  • Alcohol-free toiletries
  • Shower shoes
  • Mesh laundry bag
  • Socks
  • Notebook and pens, no spiral binding
  • Reusable water bottle, no metal

Men's and women's kits differ. So do detox, residential and extended-stay versions.

Four steps, and you approve the list before anything ships

1

Send us your two documents

Your prohibited-items list and your what-to-bring sheet. You almost certainly have both already — they're usually on your admissions page.

2

We build a spec against them

Sent back line by line. Every item, with the reason it's there. You sign off, or you strike things out.

3

You order by the case

Kits arrive sealed and labeled, ready to hand across at intake.

4

Your policy changes, you tell us

We re-spec at no charge. A kit that was compliant in March shouldn't quietly stop being compliant in September.

Where facilities use them

Scholarship and indigent admissions

Clients who arrive with nothing, where the alternative is a staff member's own time and a pharmacy run.

Detox-to-residential transfers

Nobody packed a bag, because nobody planned this.

Court-ordered and same-day admissions

There was no shopping window.

Standard intake

Some partners add the kit to the program fee, some resell it at admission, some absorb it. All three work.

The practical part

10 kits

Minimum order. Deliberately low — we would rather you trial us than commit to us.

10 days

Lead time from spec sign-off. Sooner where we already hold your items.

Your logo

On the box — quoted per run, since it depends on the design and the quantity.

Same day

Pricing scales with volume and is quoted per facility. Ask and you'll have it.

The questions we actually get

Can you really match our exact prohibited-items list?

That's the entire product. Send it over and we'll show you the spec before you commit to anything.

What's the smallest order you'll take?

Ten kits. That's low on purpose — we'd rather you try us on a handful of admissions and decide from there than sign off on a pallet of something you haven't held.

Can we put our logo on the box?

Yes. It's quoted per run rather than fixed, because the cost depends on your artwork and how many you order. Send us both and we'll price it.

Can families just buy a kit themselves instead?

Yes. Our retail kits are at getrecoveryready.com, and some facilities simply link to them from their admissions page rather than holding stock. That costs you nothing and takes the packing question off your intake calls.

What if a client needs something you don't stock?

Tell us during the spec. If it's compliant and we can source it, it goes in.

Do you ship to the client's home or to us?

Either. Retail orders can ship to a family's address or directly to your facility ahead of an admission date.

Send us your policy and we'll spec a kit against it

No charge and no obligation — you'll get a line-by-line list back either way, which is useful even if you never order.
