Shipping policy

We know timing matters, especially before an admission date. Here's how shipping works.

Processing time: Kits are assembled to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. If you have an admission date coming up, note it at checkout or email us and we'll do our best to prioritize.

Shipping options & rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the option you choose. [Update this line with your live rates once set — e.g., flat $8, or free over $75.]

Delivery estimates: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and method. Estimates aren't guarantees.

Shipping to a treatment facility: We can ship directly to a facility — please confirm the facility accepts mail/packages for patients and include the patient's full name and any required intake or admission details in the address so staff can route it correctly.

Discreet packaging: All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays, loss, or damage: Carrier delays are outside our control, but if a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@getrecoveryready.com and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address — we're not able to reroute or refund packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
